Welcome to EarnSider (earnsider.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online courses, subscription plans, affiliate program, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Definitions

  • “EarnSider,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to the company operating the EarnSider platform at earnsider.com.
  • “User,” “you,” “your” refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or uses our Services.
  • “Student” refers to a registered user who has purchased a subscription plan to access courses.
  • “Affiliate” refers to a registered user who participates in our Affiliate Program.
  • “Content” refers to all courses, videos, materials, text, images, and other intellectual property available through our platform.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if between 13 and 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account Registration

  • You must create an account to access paid Services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

EarnSider offers the following subscription plans:

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.
  • Plan features and course access may vary between subscription tiers.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, or other methods available at checkout.
  • All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing information.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in temporary suspension of access until payment is resolved.

6. Course Access & Usage

  • Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the courses included in your chosen plan.
  • Course access is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not share, distribute, reproduce, record, screenshot, or resell any course content.
  • Access duration is as specified in your subscription plan details.
  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All Content on EarnSider, including but not limited to courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by EarnSider or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Content for personal educational purposes only.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or any use of our Content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Affiliate Program

  • Our Affiliate Program allows eligible users to earn commissions by referring new students to EarnSider.
  • Affiliate participation is subject to acceptance and approval by EarnSider.
  • Commission rates vary by plan (30%–45%) and are subject to change with notice.

  • We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts that engage in fraudulent or misleading practices.

9. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Share your account credentials with anyone else.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, or any harmful content.
  • Engage in harassment, abuse, or any behavior that disrupts other users’ experience.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the platform.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Record, download, or redistribute course materials without authorization.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of course content.
  • We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Earning results from the Affiliate Program are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and market conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • EarnSider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@earnsider.com.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your right to access paid Content will cease immediately.
  • Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
  • Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Pakistan Arbitration Act, 1940.
  • The courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.
