Welcome to the EarnSider Affiliate Program! These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms”) govern your participation as an affiliate partner. By joining the program, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.

1. Program Overview

The EarnSider Affiliate Program allows approved members to earn commissions by referring new students to EarnSider. When a referred student subscribes to one of our plans using your unique referral link, you earn a percentage commission based on the plan purchased.

2. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Affiliate Program.
  • You must have a registered EarnSider account in good standing.
  • Affiliate applications are subject to review and approval by EarnSider.
  • We reserve the right to reject or revoke affiliate status at our discretion.
  • You must provide accurate payment information (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account) for commission payouts.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates are based on the subscription plan purchased by your referred student:

  • Commission rates are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.
  • Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (after any discounts or coupons applied).

4. How Referrals Are Tracked

  • Each affiliate receives a unique referral link available in your Affiliate Dashboard.
  • Referrals are tracked using cookies stored on the referred visitor’s browser.
  • Cookie duration: 30 days. If a referred visitor purchases within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive the commission.
  • If a visitor clears their cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked.
  • The first affiliate whose link the customer clicks receives credit for the sale (first-click attribution).

5. Commission Payments

  • Minimum Withdrawal: You must accumulate a minimum balance before requesting a withdrawal. The current minimum is Rs. 500.
  • Payment Methods: Commissions are paid via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank transfer.
  • Payment Schedule: Withdrawal requests are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Pending Period: Commissions remain in “pending” status for 14 days after the referred purchase to account for potential refunds.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate payment details. EarnSider is not responsible for failed payments due to incorrect information.

6. Commission Reversals

Commissions may be reversed or deducted in the following cases:

  • The referred student requests and receives a refund.
  • The purchase is identified as fraudulent.
  • The referral was generated through prohibited methods (see Section 7).
  • The referred student’s payment is declined or charged back.

7. Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program without payment of pending commissions:

  • Self-Referrals: Using your own affiliate link to purchase plans for yourself.
  • Fake Referrals: Creating fake accounts, using stolen identities, or generating fraudulent sign-ups.
  • Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or any form of spam to promote your referral link.
  • Misleading Claims: Making false promises about earnings, course content, or guaranteed income.
  • Brand Misuse: Using EarnSider’s name, logo, or trademarks in misleading ways, including paid ads that bid on “EarnSider” as a keyword.
  • Cookie Stuffing: Using hidden iframes, pop-ups, or scripts to set referral cookies without user knowledge.
  • Incentivized Clicks: Offering monetary incentives, rewards, or prizes solely for clicking your referral link (without genuine interest in the product).
  • Adult/Illegal Content: Promoting EarnSider on websites containing adult, violent, hateful, or illegal content.

8. Promotional Guidelines

When promoting EarnSider, you should:

  • Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you sign up through my link”).
  • Provide honest and accurate information about our courses and services.
  • Only share your referral link on appropriate platforms (social media, blogs, YouTube, etc.).
  • Comply with all applicable advertising laws and FTC/local guidelines regarding endorsements and disclosures.

9. Your Affiliate Dashboard

As an affiliate, you have access to a dashboard where you can:

  • View your unique referral link and copy it for sharing.
  • Track referral clicks, conversions, and earnings.
  • Request commission withdrawals.
  • Update your payment information (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank details).
  • View your commission history and payment records.

10. Termination

  • You may leave the Affiliate Program at any time by contacting us.
  • EarnSider may terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
  • Upon termination, any pending commissions that comply with these terms will be paid out within 30 days.
  • Commissions generated through prohibited practices will be forfeited upon termination.
  • After termination, you must stop using EarnSider promotional materials and referral links.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • EarnSider does not guarantee any specific level of earnings from the Affiliate Program.
  • Earnings depend entirely on your promotional efforts, the quality of your referrals, and market conditions.
  • EarnSider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

12. Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms, commission rates, or program structure at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated via email or through the Affiliate Dashboard.
  • Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
