At EarnSider, we want every student to have a positive learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans and services.

1. Digital Product Nature

Please note that EarnSider provides digital educational content (online courses, video tutorials, and learning materials). Since access to digital content is granted immediately upon purchase, refund eligibility differs from physical products.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if:

  • You have not accessed or started more than 10% of the course content in your plan.
  • You were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate payment, wrong plan amount).
  • You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing course content, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • The course content was substantially different from what was described/advertised.

2.2 NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • More than 3 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • You have accessed or completed more than 10% of the course content.
  • You simply changed your mind after purchasing.
  • You failed to meet the prerequisites or requirements for a course.
  • Your account was suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • You purchased the plan through a promotional offer clearly marked as “non-refundable.”

3. Refund Amounts by Plan

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Email us at support@earnsider.com with subject line “Refund Request” including your:
    • Full name
    • Registered email address
    • Order number or transaction ID
    • Reason for refund
    • Date of purchase
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and verify eligibility.
  3. Processing: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account).
  4. Timeline: Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to appear in your account after approval, depending on your payment provider.

5. Affiliate Commission Adjustments

If a refund is issued for a purchase that generated an affiliate commission:

  • The corresponding affiliate commission will be reversed/deducted from the affiliate’s balance.
  • Affiliates will be notified of any commission reversals.
  • If the commission has already been paid out, the amount will be deducted from future earnings.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
  • Fraudulent chargeback claims will be investigated and may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion. Special circumstances may include:

  • Severe medical emergencies (with documentation)
  • Platform-wide technical outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Significant content discrepancies
